Synaris · Beta

Beta terms

A clear testing scope: professionals, fictional cases and critical review of results.

01

Purpose and participation

The Beta lets a group of invited professionals assess Synaris for clarity, usability and functionality. It is not clinical validation or permission to use the product with real patients. The operator must confirm the final participation arrangements.

02

Entirely fictional material only

Use fictional cases, names, notes and appointments. Do not upload real material, even anonymised or pseudonymised, or recordings of actual sessions. The same applies to screenshots, attachments and feedback. Provide your professional details only where required for your account.

03

Support, not autonomous decisions

Synaris helps organise information and explore hypotheses. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant and require review and verification. AI is not a human supervisor and does not replace professional judgement. The Beta is not a healthcare or emergency service.

04

Access and collaboration

Do not share credentials; use the practice’s invitation and role system. Do not attempt unauthorised access to data or features. Activating the technical AI policy is not patient consent and does not permit entry of real patient data.

05

Useful, safe feedback

Explain your intended task, the steps taken, the expected result and what happened. Include device and browser details. Attach only fictional-case screenshots with no credentials, visible emails or other people’s information. Do not put clinical data in external surveys.

06

Limits of testing

Features and interfaces may be incomplete. Do not use the Beta as your sole archive or for patient care. Continuous availability, support response times and clinical performance are not promised.

Participation in the private Beta is free of charge. The Beta period, access duration, withdrawal arrangements and end-of-test handling of fictional content will be communicated to participants; they are not yet fixed. Free Beta participation does not set the price of any future commercial service. This draft introduces no subscriptions, payments or waivers of rights.
